Welcome to Gabbies Mini Lops

I am a hobbyist breeder and exhibitor of Miniature Lops based near Gloucester. I am a member of the British Rabbit Council and  a committee member of Gloucester Rabbit Club. 



I currently have a stud concentrating on  Blue Otter, Smoke, sables and marten sables for my show lines.  I also occasionaly breed ,  black self, Opal,  and REW. 

I had a surprise when two of my minis threw out a cashmere. I fell in love with it and did the same mating again.  I now have a smoke and two blue mini cashmeres. They are beautiful but still work in progress and not quite ready for the show table.

Whilst stewarding at the shows I fell in love with the German lop. They are beautiful gentle animals so I bought an agouti and an orange and expecting my first litter this year.

Showing rabbits is a wonderful hobby meeting up with other rabbit lovers and getting to look at and steward all the different breeds. Gloucester rabbit club holds 4 shows a year at Upton St Leonards village hall and we always welcome visitors. Why not enter your rabbit in the pet show!
